Booking policy

  • Appointments

    - to Re-book your next appointments before leaving the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that fits your schedule

    -Please Book your appointments in advance, day before or same day appointments are NOT guaranteed

    -Credit/debit information is required upon booking your appointment
    *you will not be charged until after you are serviced

    -appointment book will be opened on the 20th of each month

    SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS
    -$25 Early Rush fee If you need to be seen before 9AM of scheduled salon operation hours

    -$25 Squeeze IN fee if you have an emergency and need to be seen day of without an appointment scheduled

    -If appointment times are not available for your desired date and time please text/call 516-884-2211

    and We will do the best to accommodate you

  • Late Arrivals/ No Show & Cancellations

    We understand that things happen!! 

    Train Delays, Traffic, Can't get out the office before your boss leaves.. etc.

    We ask that you do your best to make the necessary arrangements to get to your appointment on time.

    Seeing as how the Holiday Schedule is busy we want to ensure the quality of service for each client and to not overwhelm the stylist.

    LATENESS

    -You have a grace period of 10-15 minutes

    -You will more than likely not be serviced if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment
    -If you exceed the grace period lateness and are still able to be serviced you WILL BE CHARGED a $20 LATE FEE at checkout
    -If the Stylist is running behind schedule you will not be charged a late fee and will receive a courtesy notification from your stylist an hour or more prior to appointment time

    NO SHOW/LATE CANCELLATIONS
    -You will be charged 50% of service booked for late cancellation less than 24 hrs
    -You will be charged 100% of service  booked for no shows

    -If you accumulate 2 No Shows or Late Cancellations your next appointment WILL require a 50% non refundable deposit  upon booking in order to be serviced.

  • Services Policy

    -If you are not satisfied with your color, haircut or extension service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within three days. This policy DOES NOT cover a  "change" in the style or color

    -Full service price applies after three days

    -We do not offer refunds for any hair services

    -services cannot be changed on day of appointment (without consulting stylist)

  • Salon Etiquette

    -Niko Lee Artistry reserves the right to refuse services to any client for improper conduct, no shows, lateness or what we would deem inappropriate

    Our Space is Cozy and will accommodate a certain amount of people who are getting serviced

    -Please limit the number of people who are waiting for or with you during your appointment

                              We appreciate your understanding and cooperation

covid Safety Policy

  • Clients who are vaccinated are not subject to wearing masks while being serviced and throughout the facility

    -if you do not have a mask one will be provided for you

  • IF You are experiencing any flu like symptoms, have been exposed to or tested positive to CovId please be advised to reschedule your appointment.

  • Sanitize or wash hands upon entry of facility or suite

  • The SALon is disinfected before and after each client is serviced

  • the facility is disinfected and cleaned regularly
